Want to stop High Unemployment in America or any other country?

1) Stop importing Food, Building Materials, Vehicles, Electronics anything and Domestic home supplies.

This will create a almost overnight find and repair or reuse and reinvent cottage industries across America .  And yes let Wall Mart have to sell local repaired or made stuff, while our Factories and Farms are rebuild. 

2) Give Tax breaks to ultra small Farms and companies of 20 or less people. even bigger breaks to to 10 or less.  The more small companies the more Jobs, economy of Scale only helps Big Business not local Jobs.

3) Support all home and Micro Food / canning and Organic businesses with easy low or now cost licensing and zoning issues.  Make cities allow small business advertising around their locations without high cost or rules.  . 

4) Have the Gov develope all electric conversion kits for many of the old model Cars and Trucks and offer them at cost plus 10% to small shops, people and schools. Also offer ultra low interest loans for people to convert or by a local shop converted Electric vehicles Vehicles.  I have I believe some very good ideas for converting older Cars and Trucks. Even easy way to create hybrids.

5) Fund putting Solar P.V. panels and Hot water Collector everywhere you do not have Roof top gardens growing. on Roofs !!! 

6) Start program for small local companies and Trade schools to building Edison Nickel Iron 100 year batteries in America. Also selling the electrode materials as kits so people can make Garbage Can sized ones at home.  use in Solar and electric Cars / Trucks. It is easy just think using lots of people in America in small Green Companies and Repair Reinvent before Recycling.   
6) Lets start a Great Depression WPO work program in every town in America teaching Homesteading, growing local Organic foods on any empty lots or city property.  Give Tax breaks for those that allow unused building or land for these projects free or well below local asking rents.

7) On a larger scale  support replacing all Wooden Roofs on Concrete walled homes with Concrete Strorm / Water Proof lifetime Roofs. And replacing Wooden Homes with spherical (half undergrund eark quake, tornado and Hurricane proof 300 year lifetime or better homes.  

8) Going back to reusable construction components, wither it is side walks or roads  mirco or macro pavers that can be moved and reused while using Real People to do the Job with machery help but not replacement.

9) Of course all the Labor intensive small companies creating Jobs means Local Dollars to s.pend in other local stores restaurants and entertainment businesses.

Yes we can do it almost overnight, no it will not make the 1% richer unless they are the Fair, Smart, and Honest ones helping this new World get started
